About Me

Mastery

I am a strategic event and program leader designing immersive, AI-enhanced experiences that drive engagement, culture, and measurable business impact. My work sits at the intersection of creative excellence, emerging technology, and humanity.

At Amazon since 2019, I’ve lead event strategy and execution for the Design and Creative community, delivering flagship conferences exploring AI's impact on creative practice, leadership summits, and global team experiences at scale. I design for internal communities with the same customer obsession and rigor applied to external-facing experiences, positioning design and AI as strategic business drivers.

Previously, I supported creative initiatives across digital, retail, experiential, and emerging technology channels, including AR and VR, print, social, broadcast, and large-scale brand environments, working with teams across Amazon Brand, Amazon Devices, and Levi Strauss and Co.

Mission

During a recent event, I had a presenter who shared something that stopped me in my tracks: the Japanese concept of ikigai.

Ikigai is a philosophy centered on finding your purpose—your reason for being. It exists at the intersection of four elements: what you love doing, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can get paid for.

I had to pause and reflect. The Venn diagram resonated with me so deeply. Driving live events for Amazon's Creative Community? That's my purpose. That's my ikigai.

When you're operating in your ikigai, the work doesn't feel like work. It feels like exactly where you're meant to be.

Moment

Live events exist in a moment. They only happen once. That is what makes them powerful.

I do not see events as productions to be executed. I see them as systems designed to bring people into alignment, create shared understanding, and move organizations forward in real time.

Some see events as a line item or a launch moment. I see them as a practice. A way to help teams navigate change, build trust, and imagine what is next together.

We are living in a moment where technology is moving faster than culture. My work sits in that space. I design experiences that help people make sense of what is changing now, while building confidence for what is coming.

The best events do not replace human connection. They deepen it.

I love being the grease and glue to all creative events.
